Semi-Private Training:
Work out in a group of four or less. With small group training you can motivate your teammates and learn how to combine your cardio and weight training into one workout.
Martial Arts:
We teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA strength and conditioning, women’s self defense. We focus on safety first, followed by teaching our students to feel confident and able to defend themselves.
Kettlebells
Learn how to safely use the best hand-held gym, the kettlebell. Kettlebell training uses whole-body functional movements so you can work on your core, cardio, flexibility and strength in 30 minutes or less.
