RangerFit strives for Combat Ready Fitness. Our training is designed to build all-around fitness with elements of running, sprinting, gymnastics, power lifting, Olympic lifting, and military movements.
Austere training is a necessity for Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines. Most of the workouts programmed here will be doable with only the bare necessities of physical training equipment. If you find yourself in an absolutely austere environment, feel free to ask for specific recommendations.
Our Mission is to build bomb-proof athletes using techniques inspired by team sports, athletics, CrossFit, and the myriad of functional movements required of warriors the world over.
I formed RangerFit in August of 2011. Recently coming off of Active-Duty, I missed the intensity and camaraderie of organized fitness and began training friends and family using the technical knowledge and leadership principles that I had learned in the Army. My goal is to help people from all walks of life to realize their athletic potential through intense and demanding training. There will be no easy days. Ranger up.
Workouts are posted M-F, generally following a 5 day on, 2 day off routine. Most people, myself included, often deviate from a fixed work / rest schedule so feel free to take rest days as needed and do the workouts according to your schedule.
Currently all workouts are delivered remotely for an intense, functional, and practical way to build your fitness.
