Army: Sergeant: 300 perfect score on the Army Physical Fitness Test; 101st Airborne Non Commissioned Officer Academy Certificate of Achievement, earning the highest fitness score in class; 101st Pre-Ranger Certificate of Training; 25th Infantry Air Assault School Graduate; two Army Achievement Medals, Army Good Conduct Medal and Expert Marksman.

I offer two different programs – Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kettlebell training.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: group classes for beginners to advance levels. Also private training. Jiu Jitsu will improve your confidence, you’ll learn self-defense and have fun working out.

Russian Kettlebell Program: for men, women, kids, small group classes and one-on-one private training. Getting strong fast without bulking up, shred body fat (fast results guaranteed) and also get flexible and help with injury recovery.

    I am cynical by nature and training, and initially was not sure if Kyle was one of those trainers who are just out to take your money, but it is apparent to me now that this is his passion, and he has extensive knowledge and experience in this area.
